BCM2 — 02811 ELV error and steering-defective repair

Classic BCM2 fault repair: 02811, steering-defective or ignition-defective messages appear when the ELV ID, the immobiliser data and the ELV state in the comfort module no longer match (typically after replacing the steering lock or the BCM2). Upload the EEPROM dump of the BCM2, the service decodes the data, fixes the ELV-related state and returns the corrected file with recalculated checksums.
