EDC17 / MED17 — change data and fix CRC

Classic change-data page for EDC17/MED17 ECUs. Upload the dump, edit the immobiliser fields — CS, MAC, PIN, Config, VIN, ECU status — and download the corrected file. CRC16 and CRC32 of the immo blocks are recalculated, so no separate CRC repair is needed.
