MEDC17 IMMO OFF — flash and EEPROM in one archive

Current immobiliser-off module for MEDC17/EDC17: it processes the internal flash and the EEPROM together, clears the immobiliser in the data, disables the related state in the flash and returns one archive with both corrected files. CRC16/CRC32 are recalculated for every changed block. Immo 6 / 6+ (SHE) units are handled by patching the state code in the internal flash (the EEPROM is returned byte-for-byte).
