MEDC17 / EDC17 flash CRC check and repair

Checks every Bosch control sum in the internal flash dump of VAG MEDC17/EDC17 (TriCore TC1767/TC1793/TC1796) and repairs the wrong ones: CRC32, ADD32 and ADD16 block checksums are recalculated. A dump with correct checksums is returned unchanged; a repaired file can be downloaded. Calibration data is never modified - only wrong checksum slots are corrected.
